This movie is the first ever bollywood movie based on Kungfu.Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone coming first time in movie.This movie is all about mid kap journey from Chandni-Chowk at Delhi to Shanghai in China.Sidhu (Akshay Kumar) is one who cuts vegetables on roadside at Chandni Chowk in Delhi.He is better known as Protagonist.He looks for shortcuts with astrologers,tarot readers and fake fakirs.He Believes anything except himself,despite his father figure Dada’s (Mithun Chakraborty) best efforts.Once two strangers arrives  from China claim him as a reincarnation of a war hero in the past and takes him to China.Sidhu now dreams of wine,women and existence in foreign lands.Thanks to the devious translator,a conman by the name Chopstick (Ranvir Shorey).He promises to get rid of Chinese village and the smuggler Hojo (Gordon Liu).And in a way Sidhu meets Sakhi (Deepika Padukone),Ms.Tele Shoppers Media (Ms. TSM) who has embarked on a journey to pay homage to the land of her birth and her dead father and twin.This is a different kind of movie to see this Diwali.

The managing Deirector of Percept Picture Company says that,mWe have purposely pitched ‘Jumbo’ against ‘Ghajini’ because we feel that our film has the ability to stand against a big commercial film.’Jumbo’ that is scheduled to release Dec 25 is an animation film where the protagonist,an elephant,sets out in search of his parents.Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar, Lara Dutta,Dimple Kapadia, Rajpal Yadav,Gulshan Grover and Asrani are some of the voices behind the animated characters.Further the makers of “Jumbo” added that they do not want that their movie is seen by only Childrens but they want their movies can be seen by people of all ages.
