Today there was a IPL Match between Rajasthan Royals and Kings Punjab.It was really a interesting match to match.The owners of both the teams is bollywood actress.Rajasthan Royals owner is Shipla Shetty while the owner of Kings Punjab is Priety Zinta.I am on side of Preity Zinta as she is my favourite one.Kings Punjab captain is Yuvraj Singh while Rajasthan Royals captain is Shane Warne.Kings Punjab was doing the first batting and the starting was really disappointed as nearly four wickets were down on 40 Runs.None of the players were able to set on this pitch today.But later on Irfan Pathan and Kumara Sangakara done a very well batting and make a score of 139 Runs for Punjab Kings.I was thinking that Rajasthan Royals will score this runs easily because they have super stroke batsman like Yusuf Pathan and others.But Rajasthan Royals dissappointed very much because they lost most of their wickets within 50 Runs.Lastly they were needed some of 32 Runs in 1 over when Shane Warne was batting.But this was not really possible for them because no batsman were playing at this time.Lastly there came a cute smile on the face of Preity Zinta as Kings Punjab won the match second time after they faced bad luck in the starting of the series due to rain.

SRI LANKAN CRICKET TEAM FACES ATTACK BY TERRORIST IN PAKISTAN

Six Cricketers of the Sri Lankan cricket squad were wounded when a dozen gunmen attacked their bus as it drove under police escort the Gaddafi stadium in the Lahore,Pakistan. Lahore Police chief Habib-ur-Rehman said five Police people were killed in the attack by the unidentified gunmen who fired AK 47s and rockets and hurled grenades as the team bus drove to the 60,000-seater Gaddafi stadium in the eastern city.

A dozen masked gunmen armed with rifles and rocket launchers attacked the Sri Lankan cricket team as it traveled to a match in Pakistan wounding several players and killing five police officers.

As the latest news is that Srilankan Team safely reached their Home Town in Sri Lanka and they have Cancelled the whole series due to this attack.From this attack we can say that Cricket of Pakistan is in Danger.Now no team will go to Pakistan to play any series.There was a good luck of other teams because some of the teams already refused to play in Pakistan but only Sri Lankan Team agreed to play and attack took place.Lets hope for the best now.

One militant group likely to fall under particular suspicion is Lashkar-e-Taiba,the network blamed for the Mumbai terror attacks in November in which 10 gunmen staged a three-day siege targeting luxury hotels a Jewish center and other sites.

First thing which should keep in mind is to prevent Back Strain or Pain is that we should wear Flat Shoes with Low Heels (1 Inch or Lower).

Another thing we should do is to exercise regularly because an Inactive lifestyle contributes to lower back pain.

We should take proper sleeping positions.If you sleep on your back,put pillows under your knees and a small pillow under your lower back.Do not sleep on stomach unless u put a pillow under your hips.

Some more tips on this will be more helpful to you.

Push rather than pull when you are going to move heavy weight objects.If you must sit at your desk for long hours ,break up the time with stops to stretch.Do not lift any heavy objects y bending over.Lift the object by bending on your knees and squatting to pick up the objects.Keep your back straight and hold the object close to your body.Also avoid twisting your body while lifting.

TERRORISTS STRIKES MUMBAI AGAIN

Yesterday on 26th November 2008 late Night Terrorists again strikes Mumbai City with Many Bombs and Firing.It is said that till now more than 100 people have died in this.

Now there is a strict Army outside Oberoi Hotel and Taj Hotel.It is said that there are one or two terrorists hidden in Taj Hotel with Hand Graned.Firing and Bomb Blasts have been done on 10 places in South Mumbai.Also Two Terrorists have been killed in two different incidents late night.Today all schools and colleges have been closed in Mumbai City for security reasons.In this attacks it is said that five police people have been killed.This operation has still not closed.But it is still going on at this time as some suspected people are still there near or in the two hotels.Further till now it was said there were total of 16 terrorists groups involved in this attacks but still exact number is unknown.

Taj Hotel,Oberoi Hotel,Shivaji Terminal,Vile Parle and on many other places attacks have been done.From this we can say that there is no Security for Local Public here.
